Who am I?
My name is Matt.
I'm a Senior Research Associate in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Bristol.
We undertake world-class research many areas of biology, from genomics and cells, to whole-organism biology and evolution, to population biology and ecosystems.

What is your research about?
My research focuses on understanding the impact of human development on wildlife and examining the ecological responses of species to climate change.
I combine novel genetic tools with field experiments and ecological and statistical modelling.
Who do you work with?
Collaboration is an essential part of modern science.
I work closely with academics, government bodies and charities around the world to deliver cutting-edge research projects and to improve conservation measures for threatened species.
